The origin of our species
Our family can be traced back to the couple Harm and Hille Oldebusch to Olden Busch
Therefore, we have named our Family Association for these progenitors.
They lived in the first half of the 17th Century on the Ancestral Farm Oldenbusch - today Ohlebusch, Stenumer Street 50, in Bookholzberg.
Immediately prior to our ancestor, the farm was managed by a "Curt zumOldenbusch" (later also called "Cort Oldenbusch"). In all probability he was the father of Harm Oldebusch, since the eldest son of Harm traditionally received again the name of his grandfather Cord(t).
